Property prices rising significantly

Property prices have risen quite significantly over the past few years and are expected to continue to grow more rapidly since Cyprus joined the European community. Cyprus adopted the Euro as its currency on the 1st January 2008.

About Paphos, Limmasol and around.

Paphos is probably the most popular town in Cyprus with British buyers of second homes. Paphos airport is only 25 minutes on the motorway from the centre of this vibrant town. The motorway is now to be extended through to Polis and a new marina is planned for the Coral Bay area.

Limmasol is Cyprus’s largest city and home of Cyprus’s largest docks. Cyprus is at its most urban in Limmasol and the most fashionable shops, restaurants and bars are located here.

Cyprus Airports and Flights

There are two main airports serving the island and these are Paphos and Larnaca. Paphos airport is currently undergoing refurbishment and extension and both airports are serviced regularly by low cost airline flights from the UK.
